This is the Stage 3 of a number of apartment buildings developed by Formeprojex and designed by Locus Architecture consisting of an 8 level apartment building facing Hurtle Square. Alustyle was awarded  and has completed the contract to supply and install Balustrade and Privacy Screens to this 8 level development.

Balustrades consist of our AL-1002 system with Satin Black Powder Coated framing and Grey toughened glass panels on levels 1 to 7 with Super Grey glass utilised on Level 8 to penthouses and Black Satin Powder Coated perforated metal panels on levels 1 to 3 N.W. corner due to proximity to  high voltage electricity cables. Our ALU325 Semi-frameless ‘sail past’ balustrade with frosted Grey glass was utilised on levels 1 and 2 to Eastern Elevation where overlooking was an issue. Our ALU410 frameless balustrade system with offset stainless steel handrail, was selected by the client as pool fencing to level 8 penthouse pool
